If your countdown timer isn't showing on your website, try these solutions.

Check the Embed Code

1. Verify you copied the entire embed code
2. Ensure both the div and script tags are present
3. Check that the timer ID is correct

Verify Code Placement

• The code should be in the HTML body, not head
• Place it exactly where you want the timer
• Ensure the container has sufficient width

Check for Conflicts

• Other scripts may conflict with Rija
• Check browser console for JavaScript errors
• Try removing other scripts temporarily

Clear Cache

• Clear your browser cache
• Clear your website's cache (if applicable)
• Try viewing in incognito/private mode

Check Timer Status

• Verify the timer exists in your dashboard
• Ensure it hasn't been deleted
• Check if the timer has ended

• Your timer ID
• Website URL where embedded
• Browser and device information
• Screenshot of any errors
