Payment Issues
Experiencing problems with payments or subscriptions? Here's help.
Payment Declined
If your card was declined:
- Verify card details are correct
- Check card hasn't expired
- Ensure sufficient funds/credit
- Contact your bank - they may be blocking it
- Try a different card
Charged But No Pro Access
- Wait a few minutes for sync
- Log out and log back in
- Check your email for receipt confirmation
- Go to Billing to verify status
If still not working, contact support@rija.io with your payment receipt.
Double Charged
If you see duplicate charges:
- Check if one is a pending/temporary hold
- Verify in Stripe Billing Portal
- Contact support with transaction details
Can't Cancel Subscription
- Go to Dashboard > Billing
- Click Billing Portal
- Navigate to subscription
- Click Cancel
Within 7 days of purchase, email support@rija.io with:
- Your account email
- Purchase date
- Reason for refund (optional)
