If your timer shows as ended before expected, check these settings.

Timezone Mismatch

The most common cause:

1. Edit your timer
2. Check the timezone setting
3. Ensure it matches your intended end time location

Example: If your event is at 5 PM New York time, set the timezone to Eastern Time, not UTC or your local time.

Date Format Confusion

Verify:

• Month and day aren't swapped
• Year is correct (not past)
• AM/PM is correct for 12-hour format

The timer uses your configured timezone, not the viewer's local time. The countdown shows the same "time until" for everyone worldwide.

Fix an Ended Timer

1. Edit the timer from Dashboard
2. Set a new future end date/time
3. Update the timezone if needed
4. Click Update

The embedded timer will automatically update.
