Having trouble signing in? Try these solutions.

Forgot Password

1. Go to app.rija.io/forgot-password
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your inbox (and spam folder)
4. Click the reset link
5. Create a new password

Google Sign-In Issues

• Make sure you're using the same Google account
• Try signing out of Google, then back in
• Clear browser cookies
• Disable browser extensions temporarily

Email Not Recognized

If you see "Account not found":

• Try alternate email addresses
• Check if you signed up with Google instead
• You may need to create a new account

After multiple failed attempts, accounts may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again.

• Email address used to sign up
• How you originally registered (email or Google)
• Error message you're seeing
